The screenshots show entirely different search result pages - notice the different tabs (first has “perspectives”, both have different icons in the search box, etc). One is showing a Dictionary.com excerpt, the other an Oxford excerpt. Google doesn’t create, write, or modify definitions. https://support.google.com/websearch/answer/10106608?hl=en
