Starship did not reach orbit, in fact, it was not even targeting an orbital trajectory. It did however successfully complete its ascent on a sub-orbital trajectory at orbital speeds and was lost during reentry due to a loss of attitude control. https://www.spacex.com/launches/mission/?missionId=starship-flight-3
