I agree, NNN & the notes here are appalling. I wanted to add that Nex was using he/they pronouns, the fact he didn't "seem bothered" (just your interpretation here) when his mom used "she" doesn't mean anything, and using "she" is still misgendering and disrespectful. https://slate.com/human-interest/2024/03/nex-benedict-transmasculine-connection.html
