Original Note:
Signing a Treaty does not transfer sovereignty to a third party. Primary legislation would have to be enacted to enable this. No country is planning to do that, the WHO have not asked for it and the text of the Treaty itself confirms no change in sovereignty. https://www.thelancet.com/journals/lancet/article/PIIS0140-6736(23)02018-4/fulltext https://www.dw.com/en/fact-check-conspiracy-theories-about-the-pandemic-treaty/a-65982226 https://www.factcheck.org/2023/03/scicheck-who-pandemic-treaty-draft-reaffirms-nations-sovereignty-to-dictate-health-policy/ https://www.rmit.edu.au/news/factlab-meta/who--pandemic-treaty--will-not-rob-australia-s-sovereignty https://factly.in/no-whos-pandemic-treaty-does-not-cede-the-sovereignty-of-signatory-nations/ https://apps.who.int/gb/inb/pdf_files/inb4/A_INB4_3-en.pdf
