This is a cloud seeding plane. Cloud seeding has never been a conspiracy theory. It was first tested in 1946, and the company Weather Modification Inc was founded in 1961. http://www.weathermodification.com/aircraft.php Cloud seeding is nothing to do with “chemtrails”. It cannot create clouds and does not make trails.
