Original Note:

This is not in space. Samsung used stratospheric balloons to launch four S24 Ultras. The phones rose to around 120,000 feet above the Earth, which is in the stratosphere, not space. The Kármán line (where space begins) is 62 miles above the Earth (327,360 ft). https://petapixel.com/2024/03/01/these-epic-photos-from-space-were-shot-with-a-smartphone/ https://www.astronomy.com/space-exploration/the-karman-line-where-does-space-begin/ https://scied.ucar.edu/learning-zone/atmosphere/layers-earths-atmosphere
