Misleading The photo shows normal serosanguinous exudate into a drain put in to remove fluid build up following surgery/injury. This type of drainage is a sign of healing and it is not usually a cause for concern when it appears in normal amounts. https://www.osmosis.org/answers/serosanguineous https://www.verywellhealth.com/types-of-drainage-from-a-surgical-wound-3156837#:~:text=Serosanguineous%20discharge%20is%20a%20normal,days%20as%20a%20wound%20heals.
