US never committed an act of "aggression" against most countries on that list, quite the contrary it tried to help them obtain or maintain their independence: Korea,Vietnam,Kuwait.US did nothing in '09 & '11 in Yemen & Syria was mostly Russia&ISIS. https://www.britannica.com/event/Persian-Gulf-War
