The one on the right is a PRBC blood bag (packed red blood cell) which are used for specific blood transfusions (ie anemia) The one of the left is whole blood which contains a higher RBC/plasma ratio, making it lighter. https://professionaleducation.blood.ca/en/transfusion/clinical-guide/blood-components
