The Bill of Rights 1689 ‘undoubtedly [remains] in force as part of the law of Canada’: [1981] 1 SCR 753 (https://scc-csc.lexum.com/scc-csc/scc-csc/en/item/2519/index.do). Parliament enacted a Canadian Bill of Rights in August 1960 (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/fra/lois/c-12.3/TexteComplet.html). Canada therefore has two Bills of Rights.
