The video in the tweet is from a vehicle game/simulator called BeamNG.drive. https://www.beamng.com/game/ https://store.steampowered.com/app/284160/BeamNGdrive/ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BeamNG.drive While it does use pretty accurate damage models using mass-point nodes, it is only a simulation. It should also be noted that BeamNG.drive is easily moddable and customizable as seen in "And more" section of the page.
