If SCOTUS grants POTUSes Total Immunity, then even though a President couldn't legally arrest (or kill) SCOTUS Justices, there doesn't appear to be any law they could be prosecuted with if they immediately/preemptively pardoned themselves, making their doing it Effectively Legal.
