This is a meta-analysis of many COVID studies that looked into Vitamin D. Conclusions are thay Vit D reduced both infection and ICU admission. However, only Randomized Controlled Trials (RCT) could produce this result, less robust forms of research couldn't reach this finding. https://www.mdpi.com/2072-6643/16/5/679
