Rafah crossing is the only crossing border in Gaza that works today. Israel doesn't control Rafah, evidently senior hamas members moving in and out of him like senior Hamas police. Other crossings like erez are closed. No int'l Law forces Israel to open all of its borders https://www.jfeed.com/general/s9m7hq
