Video *was released by Israel* after Hamas 1st claimed a "strike" killed 70+, per multiple media ( https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/2024/02/29/israel-hamas-war-news-02-29-2024/b4f4438e-d6e0-11ee-82ad-c2391b06a8f5_story.html ).
