In most wars the average ratio is 1:5 https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Civilian_casualty_ratio I the current Israel-Gaza war the ratio is 1:2.15 according to Hamas terror group health authority which is unreliable, but still less than the avarge. They have not been murdered, but killed due do the way Hamas is using them as shields
