There's been no proof that Australia has labeled a "global terrorist". Closest thing I could find was an op-ed piece in China's Global Times calling him a "global economic terrorist" in response to his opinion on Blackrock's investments in China. https://asiatimes.com/2021/09/chinese-state-media-label-george-soros-a-terrorist/
