Although Canada announced that they would be implementing an on-line application to renew passports, this has been delayed. Applications are still on paper and there is no drop down menu to pick country of birth. https://toronto.citynews.ca/2024/02/21/the-government-promised-online-passport-renewal-it-never-happened-heres-why/
