The Our World in Data article used to support the claim first of all states that there's too much uncertainty to rank nuclear above wind, but more significantly failed to account for extensive deaths from mining uranium, as https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33232447/. IOW nuclear has caused many more deaths.
