Even do it's true that Brazil have withdrawn its ambassador in Tel Aviv for talks (https://www.reuters.com/world/brazil-president-recalls-ambassador-israel-talks-local-media-2024-02-19/) that doesn't mean that Brazil have cutted diplomatic ties with Israel.
