The ECP ballot papers have special watermark to avoid fake ballots. https://tribune.com.pk/story/2453357/ballots-to-have-distinct-watermarks Official ballots have a counterfoil missing here, and those fakes have Candidates' symbols double printed on. A very poor attempt of forgery.
