Community note is correct that the two communities mix and marry today. Catholics are not limited to slums outside the city walls (although they were in the past). Peace walls or lines do still exist in Derry and Belfast. At least one in Belfast is locked at night. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peace_lines
