Slightly misleading. The gun on the right photo is described by Twomad as a BB gun in the footage, which is not a "real" firearm (using explosive charge). https://twitter.com/badflaree/status/1758649135614267895 However, Twomad also clarifies he has a real gun in the footage. Additionally, brandishing false firearms is illegal.
