Original Note:

This is categorically false. The Irish Constitution does not state anywhere that parents and their child(ren) are not a family. It states the importance of the “Family” which, by definition - includes parent(s) & child. This is misinformation for the upcoming referendum. https://www.irishstatutebook.ie/eli/cons/en/html#part13 https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/family
