That is not an "iron cross" or a nazi symbol. It is the emblem of the Ukrainian armed forces. (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Armed_Forces_of_Ukraine) The use of a cross as part of a military insignia is not at all unusual. Russia, for example, also has the St. George's Cross (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cross_of_St._George_(Russia))
