This photo was taken in Iraq in 2011: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Two_19th_Group_Special_Forces_Soldiers_in_Babil_Province_Iraq.jpg and has nothing to do with Gaza. General John Bigree - does not exist.
