Gaza has been under a blockade by the Israeli government since 2005-2006, so while it is true that Gaza has received aid in the past, it certainly isn’t enough to turn it into “Dubai” or “Singapore”, not with the Israeli government dictating what goes in and out of the strip. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blockade_of_the_Gaza_Strip
