I can only speak for Media in the UK. Newspapers are 90% Right Wing. The Conservative Government is now Far Right Wing & not Popular after Years of Austerity & post Brexit failings. Consequently more people aren't buying Daily Papers their nor online outlets due to less income https://www.statista.com/statistics/529060/uk-newspaper-market-by-circulation/
