There wasn't a "book of condolences" on Hitler's death. However, Eamon de Valera (then Ireland's Prime Minister) and Douglas Hyde (then Ireland's president) did offer official condolences from Ireland to the German ministry in Dublin. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2005/dec/31/secondworldwar.ireland
