This is of course not a cloaking device or a sonic boom. This vapor cloud is formed over the surface of the aircraft as a result of a high angle of attack maneuver that creates an area of low pressure (and temperature) air, forcing moisture to condense just like a cloud. https://www.cs.helsinki.fi/u/ssmoland/physics/envphys/lecture_2.pdf
