Army service is mandatory in Israel , back in 2009 the regular service lasted 3 years, as stated in his LinkedIn, in order for him to be an officer he would have to serve more than 3 years. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Israel_Defense_Forces#Service By the proposed logic, every Israeli worker on X is an "IDF intelligence officer"
