Original Note:

Regarding Grain Production: Russia has been stealing Ukrainian grain from territories it illegally occupies, in what some observers state constitutes a war crime. As of May 2022, at least 400k tons of grain were stolen and exported from Russian-occupied Ukraine. https://globalrightscompliance.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/20231115-Grain-Report-External.pdf https://web.archive.org/web/20220627050935/https://www.bbc.com/news/61790625 https://www.bloomberg.com/graphics/2022-russian-stolen-grains/ https://archive.today/20221030063237/https://www.ft.com/content/89b06fc0-91ad-456f-aa58-71673f43067b https://www.reuters.com/world/europe/ukraine-says-russia-stole-several-hundred-thousand-tonnes-grain-2022-04-30/
