The license plate seen at 0:10-0:12 in the vide closely resembles the Chinese "Civil and Traffic Police" plate seen here: http://www.worldlicenseplates.com/world/AS_CHIN.html#OT It does not resemble any of the Taiwanese plates that closely: http://www.worldlicenseplates.com/world/AS_TAIW.html Thus it's most likely the video is from China, not from Taiwan.
