That passport wasn't fake. It was issued by the Brazilian Government through the Brazilian Consulate in Prague, although illegally. Brazilian passports have a high illegal demand since Brazil has a very diverse population and almost everyone can plausibly "look Brazilian". https://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-43242596
