The clip does not prove the usage of a human shield. If so the 2 soldiers would not be walking in the middle of the street. Also no shots are fired. More probably the man is in custody and being transported in a way the soldier behind him can still use his weapon as deterrence.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_shield
