Original Note:
The claim that vaccines cause sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) is not supported by scientific evidence. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), vaccines have not been shown to cause SIDS. It must be noted that SIDS is a complex issue. https://www.cdc.gov/vaccinesafety/concerns/sids.html https://www.politifact.com/factchecks/2021/oct/28/viral-image/vaccines-do-not-cause-sudden-infant-death-syndrome/ https://www.politifact.com/factchecks/2022/apr/06/facebook-posts/vaccines-are-not-linked-sudden-death-any-age-group/ https://www.politifact.com/factchecks/2021/jul/12/instagram-posts/no-vaccines-do-not-cause-sudden-infant-death-syndr/
