The UK governments position in this is incredibly clear. You can fight for a foreign army, you cannot fight for one that is at war with a State the UK is at peace. https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/Vict/33-34/90 UK does not recognise Gaza as a state so is not at peace.
