Original Note:
10lb plates plus a 45lb bar means this is a 65lb deadlift. A new lifter would be advised to use these weights. Warm up sets are also typically done with the lowest weight that will allow the bar to be at the correct height for deadlifting, especially when rehabbing. https://www.quora.com/Is-20-kg-barbell-10-kg-on-each-side-good-enough-for-deadlifting-as-a-lean-female-Is-the-weight-too-little#:~:text=If%20it%27s%20your%20first%20time,15kgs%20and%20then%2020%20kgs. https://www.bellsofsteel.us/blog/gear-education/how-much-does-a-hex-bar-weigh/#:~:text=Keep%20in%20mind%20that%20the,open%20or%20closed%20hex%20bar.
