The RAF have had a contract in place with Sloane helicopters to provide a heli (no crew) for use by senior officials and Royal family since 2006 It was due to be renewed at a cost of £30-40m for a 4 years contract (£7.5m - £10m per year) however it was cancelled in Aug 2023. https://helihub.com/2023/08/18/british-government-stops-vip-helicopter-contract/
