Pediatric vaccines are not causing large numbers of children to be permanently harmed. The claim viruses we vaccinate for do not harm children is false. Each year in the U.S. pre vaccine measles killed 500 kids. Vaccines eliminated measles in 2000 from the U.S. https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/nejmcp1905181
