E-cigarettes have never been legal in Australia. Even though it's allowed to buy them from a registered pharmacy if you have a prescription from a registered doctor they are being sold illegally via corner/tobacco shops. Restricting pharmacies isn't a way to fix the problem https://www.health.nsw.gov.au/tobacco/Pages/ecig-retailers.aspx
