This is true, past governments saw the need to get women in the workforce post WW-II. This was encouraged for married couples through lower tax rates which pays the government as more income can now be taxed at higher brackets, making indoctrination much easier in schools. https://calteches.library.caltech.edu/3932/1/Women.pdf
