The style the artist Gary Varvel used will exaggerate features like the nose, as seen in other comics: https://garyvarvel.com/2023-gallery This is most obvious with a side profile as in this comic, and his "carry the torch" comic. Zelensky's nose, if exaggerated in this style, would appear as in the comic.
