The drone video shows the carrier group engaging in underway replenishment (UNREP) while helicopters move supplies via vertical replenishment (VERTREP) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Underway_replenishment Additionally, the drone video itself shows it was taken in the central Persian Gulf on December 2nd, not near the strait.
