This is a real feature of Word, but not enabled by default. However, X's IT will have a "group policy" that auto-sets program features/defaults across the org's PCs, and Elon's PC probably inherited a group policy setting created before his time, which likely enabled this. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/purview/device-onboarding-gp
