There is no evidence in the Gospels as to Jesus’ appearance. Also, at the time of Christ’s birth, both Judea and Egypt were part of the Roman Empire. The Holy Family merely moved from one Roman province to another & were thus not immigrants in the sense the poster implies. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roman_province
