Sperm theft is not illegal, however it is widely regarded to be at least associated with fraud. This video is not encouraging illegal behaviour, but this area of law seems likely to change in the future as many cases have challenged child support on grounds of sperm theft. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sperm_theft
