Shani Louk was a victim of the Re'im music festival massacre: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Killing_of_Shani_Louk. The attack in question was on a concert full of civilians (not a military installation). If a tank arrived at the scene or was in the area, one might assume that civilians would try to take cover behind it.
