A 2018 ISS pressure leak incident https://www.nasa.gov/news-release/statement-on-international-space-station-leak-investigation/ NASA denies claims of sabotage. The leak has since been repaired. 2. A rumor that the pictured astronaut sabotaged the ISS's toilets https://i.4pcdn.org/pol/1658252174590384.png There is no source for this claim outside of 4chan.
