People were not protesting because the owner was Israeli and/or Jewish. This protest, which included Jewish protesters in it's attendance, was directed only at of handful restaurants all owned by the CookNSolo group, who announced donations to pro-Israeli causes in the war. https://www.inquirer.com/news/philadelphia/philly-palestine-protest-goldie-center-city-20231203.html
